J. Hope Monroe was born in Maryland and raised with an innate passion for creativity and adventure. From a young age, Hope found solace in a variety of hobbies, including leatherworking, gaming, YouTubing, treasure hunting, LARPing, and writing. This passion for exploration and innovation continued to fuel Hope's pursuits throughout life. After completing high school, Hope attended Grand Canyon University, where she graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Digital Film with a Production Emphasis. Throughout her academic career, Hope honed her skills as a filmmaker, gaining experience as a script supervisor, director of photography, and editor.
Hope's interests didn't stop at filmmaking, however, and she has explored a range of roles throughout her professional career. From working as security at Walt Disney World to serving as an insurance adjuster, Hope's diverse experience has shaped her unique perspective and skills. One of Hope's most notable roles was as the operations manager for Bronycon, a major convention dedicated to the fandom of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. In this role, Hope showcased her excellent organizational skills and leadership abilities, ensuring the smooth running of the event and its associated activities.
Hope has also worked as a stagehand at Rhino Staging, gaining experience in live event production and contributing to the success of countless shows and concerts. Despite the variety of roles Hope has undertaken, her dream remains the same - to travel the world doing something she loves. With a strong foundation of skills and a boundless sense of adventure, Hope is sure to achieve great success in whatever she chooses to pursue.
